Troop Leader / Co-Leader / Assistant Leader

Troop leaders work directly with girls, and are a role model to help girls gain knowledge, skills, and values through activities that will assist individual girls in developing her own potential. Leaders understand and enjoy working with girls. Must complete Basic Leader Training requirements.

Time commitment: 1 - 1 ½ hours, weekly or bi-weekly. Troop schedule is determined by the troop leaders. Basic Leader Training commitment is 6 hours, plus home study components.
