Mission:

Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

Vision:

Girl Scouts of Erie Shores shall be a council that has the funding, the connections and the scale to achieve its purpose, now and in the future, and shall use the Girl Scout movement's resources efficiently.

2006-2009 Strategic Goals

Strategic Goal 1:  Increase membership to serve 18% of the market share of girls residing in the council jurisdiction of Girl Scouts of Erie Shores.

Strategic Goal 2:  Expand and diversify revenues to meet future and existing needs of the council.

Strategic Goal 3:  Develop and deliver consistent outcomes based girl centric Girl Scout program.
