Board Information

Girl Scouts of Erie Shores is governed by an elected volunteer Board of Directors. The corporate Board of Directors is a fiduciary body, responsible for governance of the council and stewardship of its assets. The duly elected corporate board of directors is empowered to act on behalf of the membership within the framework of the council’s bylaws. The councils’ Board of Directors represents the geographic area and diversity of Girl Scouts of Erie Shores.
